Utah has good laws to protect kids, but the below school districts are ignoring them. Parents must follow through to protect our kids. If you have a child in any of the following districts (It doesn't matter which school) then you can challenge Water for Elephants:
Cache, Salt Lake, Weber, Murray, Alpine, Box Elder, Jordan, park City, Wasatch or Washington
Our plan is to highlight one book at a time with a video. Please share with parents in those areas so they can challenge them. We have dated screenshots to prove locations.
Beyond challenging the books, the school board needs to hear from you. They have been retaining explicit books in their committees and are having serious trouble understanding the law and its application. See comments for links to school board member emails.
